The Art of Sacred Parenting grew out of years of working with women, raising my own four kids, and realizing how much of parenting lives beneath the surface—our patterns, nervous systems, energy, relationships, and the way we show our children how to move through the world by the way we live ourselves.

I care deeply about this work because I believe raising human beings is the most important work we’ll ever do.

And I also believe the person doing so much of the holding deserves support, too.

So this space is for both.

Our kids—and us.

The beautiful parts. The hard parts. The moments we get right, the ones we repair, and all the coming back in between.

I’ve been quietly building this behind the scenes for a long time.

This space brings together more than a decade of my work supporting women through yoga, energy work, coaching, meditation, breathwork, circles, retreats and private sessions — with everything motherhood has taught me while living it in real time.

Because somewhere along the way, those two parts of my life stopped feeling separate.
