This is one of the biggest advantages for designing our own crowns . Our patient broke a tooth that held her partial denture in ( an abutment tooth) in most cases this can result in ultimately remaking the partial! Something that most long term partial denture wearers do not want to go through with our in-house design and mill we can design a crown that fits the partial avoiding remake!

Chairside crowns have many more advantages other than saving you an appointment. The biggest advantage is refining the crown margins! No one knows the margins of your crown better than the dentist that made them. It also gives the dentist the opportunity to check that the crown will have optimal thickness for the material used!
