Elra Wellness Group is growing. And that means we are building. Not built. Which means we cannot yet offer everything a larger, more established practice can. What we can offer is a foundation that is being constructed with you in mind from the very beginning.

I have been where you are. I have sat in supervision knowing I was seen. I have worked inside a group practice and experienced what it feels like to be supported very well. That experience shaped everything about how I lead.

Over the past several months, I’ve been doing the quiet work of refining what Elra Wellness Group truly is.

Not adding more.
Not trying to be everything.
Just getting honest and clear.

There’s a level of discomfort that comes with realizing that clarity requires you to let go of what doesn’t align, and to name what you actually do with intention.

Elra is a counseling practice that supports individuals and couples navigating emotional strain, life transitions, and relational challenges. The work is focused on helping people build clarity, emotional stability, and stronger, more intentional relationships.

We provide individual therapy, couples counseling, premarital and post-marital support, affair recovery, and support for parents raising children with developmental needs.

And at the core of it all is something simple, but not easy: helping people experience a quiet heart and a rested mind.
