That’s it! From 2-3am this morning I wept in love for me. Waves of appreciation for my life, my journey as a little girl among family who did not get me.

My adolescence where ppl did not get me. And if you’re anything like me, the rest of the story unfolds with self-loathing, feeling responsible and less-than-ideal relationship parades.

But at some point, 2013, in fact, I realized it was time to end Zoloft and begin my Self-love Journey.
