Which do you struggle with more:
A) Knowing what to do
B) Actually doing it consistently
Drop A or B below.
One of the biggest misconceptions in healt and fitness is that results come from finding the perfect plan.
Having the perfect macros.
Or some magical workout split.
The right supplement or nowadays the right peptides.
Some crazy complicated morning routine.
In reality, most people already know the basics.
They know they should prioritize protein.
They know they should strength train.
They know they should walk more, sleep more, and eat more fiber.
The problem isn't a lack of information.
The problem is execution.
Because none of those habits are difficult when motivation is high.
They're difficult when work gets busy.
When the kids get sick.
When you're traveling.
When you're stressed.
When you're tired.
That's why I spend far less time helping clients find the "perfect" plan and far more time helping them build one they can actually follow.
Something built for THEM and their REAL LIFE.
Our clients live in the real world and we give them REAL word plans.. not plans they have to be single, anti-social and sacrifice all the things tat make life joyful for!! (I'll argue all day that if it requires that to be healthy, that its not healthy AT ALL)
And if this is something you've been struggling with, my DMs are open.
