You look successful on the outside, but internally feel like a fraud. For many high achievers, imposter syndrome isn't a confidence problem—it's a trauma response rooted in early experiences that taught them their worth had to be earned.

From the outside, your life might look impressive. You earned the degree, built the career, started the business, raised the family, you achieved goals that many people only dream about. Internally though, a different story often plays on repeat.

Big Announcement!!! Woven Wholeness now has an IN PERSON office in Black Mountain, NC at 115 Black Mountain Ave. We still see clients virtually across the states of NC, GA, SC, FL, VA, CO, NM and PA and will continue offering in-person 1 or 2 day intensives at our Old Fort location, but we will now be offering more options for clients who want to be seen in person as well as 1/2 day intensives out of Black Mountain location.
