Speech Kidz We provide speech therapy for children with speech and fluency disorders. She received her Master of Science degree from Southern Illinois University.

Tara Puma is a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist with over 15 years of experience providing speech therapy to children. Tara has worked in school, home, daycare, and teletherapy settings. She has clinical experience with children ages 2-16 years of age with diagnoses of Apraxia, Autism, Down Syndrome, Phonological Disorders and Articulation/Language delays. Tara enjoys helping children improve their communication skills and reach their highest potential.

🙌🏼 THIS is why it is so important to get a child evaluated early on- and not “wait until they are 3” or older! Acknowledging your child may have a delay is HARD, but it’s more important that we set them up for success! 👍🏼👍🏼 if you agree!

** Please note the numbers here are averages, so it will still be considered typical development for a child to have more or less words - “normal” is a wide range! I would recommend a referral if your 18 month old child has less than 10 words 🙂
