The NFL is officially back, and so are the rivalries, which are always HOT! 🔥 Every week, our Bistro transforms into the ultimate game-day destination, where Members gather to cheer 📣 and question a referee's decisions. 🤣 With delicious game-day appetizers 🍔🌭 from our dining team and a whole lot of team spirit, 🏆🙌 This is the place to catch the big game each week.

Members at Brightwater felt like backyard legends during our Swellness Corn Hole Tournament! 🏆✨

Joined by our social and wellness teams, we spent an afternoon full of fun and friendly competition. 👏 It required a mix of balance, coordination, and support from friends on the sidelines to get the party started. 🎉 We took our best shots at tossing bean bags into the hole on the other side of the patio. We had a fantastic time getting active and igniting a little rivalry with our friends! 🤩

Stretching becomes increasingly important as we age. Here are three daily stretches that can help you throughout the day, brought to you by our wonderful wellness team at Homestead Hills! 🙆✨

🌟 Neck Stretch and Shoulder Roll: This combination helps release neck stiffness, reduce shoulder tension, and improve your posture.

🌟 Shoulder Stretch: This stretch increases flexibility and range of motion in the posterior deltoid. It's especially beneficial for relieving tightness caused by prolonged sitting, overhead work, or poor posture, and it can also be included in shoulder recovery or warm-up routines.

🌟 Squat Stretch: This is a personal favorite! It stretches the front of the thigh, enhancing hip mobility and balance.

Incorporating these three easy stretches into your daily routine can benefit your overall well-being, and keep you moving and happy! 😆
