“One of the characteristics of a fool is that he is always getting ready to live.” — Seneca

This is normal. It is average and typical. But it is not an effective—or even useful—approach to living life.
Your next chapter doesn’t begin when everything is perfect. It begins when you decide to turn the page. Life doesn’t wait for us to be ready. Start turning the page now.

Nietzsche never said "If you think someone has ruined your life, you're right. It's you." However, he did say
"You are never destroyed by anyone except yourself.” Remember, the most important relationship you will ever have is with yourself so while personal accountability is critical, so is kindness and love. 💪🏻❤️💪🏻

Unfortunately, life teaches us all that to live is to suffer pain and loss. Both Grief and Resiliency research informs us that, to deal with this reality, we must pay attention to where we pay attention. A great saying to remember this is “Hunt the Good Stuff!”
On this holiday, and on the beginning of the hectic holiday season, please remember to take care of yourself, love on your loved ones-here and not here, honor & cherish those now gone who helped make us who we are with a toast, a prayer, a memory, or a funny story, and to HTGS!!!
