Some weeks feel like a whirlwind of client appointments, planning classes, creating content, restocking the clinic, and somehow fitting everything else in between.

Owning a wellness business isn't always glamorous, but getting to help people on their healing journey makes every busy week worth it. 🤍🌿

Wouldn't trade it for anything.

The social media side of running a wellness business definitely isn't my favorite... 😅

My camera roll is full of random clips, little wellness moments, and videos I filmed with every intention of posting... but never did.

So here's a small glimpse into the everyday life of a naturopathic practitioner.

This page isn't about quick fixes or fear-based health advice.

It's about understanding your body, supporting it naturally, and making sustainable changes that help you feel your best.

If that sounds like what you've been looking for, I'm glad you're here.

5 things about me that have nothing to do with naturopathy...

1.  I'm a big-dog mom through and through. My 100+ lb lap dog thinks he's a chihuahua and my camera roll is proof

2.  I've been with my husband 34 years, married for 30 (in November) and I still actually like him a lot

3.  My classroom has had a full Harry Potter makeover with floating candles, and I have zero regrets

4.  I will cry at any dog movie, every single time

5.  I have a friendship tattoo inspired by a childhood movie that means the world to me.

You know me as a naturopathic practitioner... but there's so much more to me than that.

Here are 5 fun facts that have nothing to do with naturopathy. I hope this helps you get to know me a little better!

As a naturopathic practitioner, I don't just look at symptoms—I also look for signs that your body is functioning well. Here are a few green flags I love to see:

You wake up feeling rested.

Not necessarily every single morning, but most days you wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day.

Your energy stays steady.

You have consistent energy throughout the day without relying on caffeine or crashing mid-afternoon.

You digest food comfortably.

Regular bowel movements, minimal bloating, and digestion that feels predictable are all positive signs.

You get hungry at mealtimes.

A healthy appetite can be a sign that your digestion, metabolism, and nervous system are working together well.

You recover from stress.

Life will always have stressful moments, but your body is able to return to a calm, balanced state instead of staying in "survival mode."

You sleep well.

You fall asleep, stay asleep, and wake up feeling restored most of the time.

You feel good—not just "fine."

True wellness is about feeling supported, energized, and able to enjoy everyday life.
