Yes! It’s not just about getting food out from between your teeth.
Brushing cleans the front, back, and chewing surfaces of your teeth, but the toothbrush can’t effectively clean those tighter spaces between your teeth.

Daily flossing helps remove plaque and bacteria that can contribute to:
* 🦠 Cavities between teeth
* 🩸 Bleeding or inflamed gums
* 😬 Bad breath
* 🦷 Gum disease

Do your gums bleed when you floss? Bleeding can be a sign that your gums are inflamed. Consistent, gentle cleaning is important—but persistent bleeding should be discussed with us!
