• Avoid going outside unless absolutely necessary
• Keep walkways and entrances clear of ice if possible
• Use good lighting throughout the home to prevent falls

• Dress in layers and wear warm socks/slippers with grip
• Keep home temperature at 68°F or higher
• Use space heaters safely and never leave them unattended
