We’re thrilled to introduce our newest team member, Kristen Shaben, MS, RD, LDN, NBC-HWC, RYT, a compassionate and deeply experienced dietitian, health and wellness coach, and yoga teacher. 💚

Kristen brings over 20 years of experience helping clients reconnect with their bodies, heal their relationship with food, and navigate mental health and chronic conditions through a weight-inclusive, intuitive, and holistic approach.

Her specialties include:
✅Eating Disorders
✅Disordered Eating
✅Intuitive and Mindful Eating
✅Nutrition with co-occurring mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, substance use, and trauma
✅Mind-Body Recovery

When she’s not working with clients, Kristen is hiking, running, reading, or taking her daughters on spontaneous road trips 🚗
