A week in Denver, and my heart is full. 💚

I had the honor of curating the Wellness Room for the USCAN Annual Meeting, creating a space where people could slow down, take a breath, and care for themselves while doing the important work of climate justice.

There were good conversations, moments of rest, and lots of reminders that we can't pour into our communities if we're running on empty.

I also got the chance to rest myself and enjoy a little bit of Denver, which felt just as important.

Grateful for everyone who stepped into the space and for the reminder that rest is part of the work. 🌿✨

From day one, our mission at Harmony Health has been simple: Be "The Community’s Home for Healing." Today, we are overjoyed to share a massive milestone with the family and community who have believed in our vision from the very start.

This transition is all about sustainability and deepening our focus on servicing our community. To live up to our name fully, we are evolving in so many beautiful ways. Over the coming weeks and months, we are embracing total transparency and inviting you to share this journey with us as we grow.

As part of Liberated Black Futures Wellness Week, I joined Kristie Puckett for a powerful conversation on breaking free from limiting narratives, reclaiming our voices, and nurturing the wellness needed to imagine and create liberated Black futures.

Healing is more than self-care—it's an act of liberation. When we challenge what we've been taught about our worth, our possibilities, and our power, we create space to stand upright, even in a crooked room. 🖤
