Thank you ladies for coming out this evening! This was my first time participating in a class since my first hip surgery. I left feeling so relaxed and I hope you did too! Thank you Becky Riefer Lareau for leading us into His presence and for guiding us through a very well balanced practice. I’m already looking forward to next week 😊❤️🙏🏻

Sunday Selah ❤️ Today is Sabbath—a day set apart to pause, to receive, and to remember. The Sabbath reminds us that before we do anything for God, we are loved by God.

May love be the rich soil where their lives take root. May it be the bedrock where their lives are founded Ephesians 3:17–19

A plant doesn’t strain to convince the sun to shine on it. It simply turns toward the light and receives what is already being given.

Shouting Happy Birthday to this beautiful soul! She is gentle in spirit; she has a calming voice that will soothe your soul; she loves quality time with her family, is an avid reader, loves a good podcast, gives generously, enjoys delicious healthy food (and a good gluten-free cookie too ;)), she can't resist a cute top or dress, and she is the most precious friend! I'm so thankful for her friendship!
