Let’s talk about the muscles you don’t always think about.

VTone is a non-surgical treatment designed to provide deep pelvic floor muscle stimulation and support bladder control. It may also support intimate wellness and postpartum recovery, all without surgery or downtime.

If you're experiencing urinary leakage, pelvic floor weakness, or changes after pregnancy and childbirth, talk with your Femelle provider about whether VTone may be right for you.

Call our office to learn more and schedule a consultation.

Can GLP-1 medications change your menstrual cycle? Yes.

As GLP-1 medications improve metabolic health, they can influence hormones and ovulation. For some women, a decrease in inflammation may mean less cramping and more regular periods.

Improved insulin sensitivity can also help lower elevated androgen levels, which may support more regular ovulation, especially for women with insulin resistance or PMOS.

Your period can be an important reflection of what’s happening inside your body. If your cycle changes after starting a GLP-1, talk with your OB-GYN about what those changes may mean for you.

PMOS is about so much more than fertility.

Previously known as PCOS, Polycystic O***y Metabolic Syndrome (PMOS) can affect hormones, menstrual cycles, metabolism, skin, hair, energy, and overall health. Infertility can be part of the picture, but it’s only one piece.

Treatment should look at the whole person, including foundational health like nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and metabolic health, alongside medical treatment when needed.

If you’re experiencing symptoms that don’t feel right, talk with your provider. Understanding PMOS starts with looking beyond the surface and addressing your health as a whole.
