Right now, Alex is soaking up life with her beautiful boy, Boden. 💙 But her journey toward motherhood started long before he arrived—before he was even conceived!
Alex began consistent Neurologically-Focused Chiropractic Care in her preconception season. She shared, “I knew I wanted to start chiropractic care to prepare my body for pregnancy. And after just a few months of consistent care, I got pregnant!” Woohoo! 🙌
Once pregnant, her focus shifted to preparing her body for labor and delivery. She said, “I knew that regular adjustments and chiropractic care would greatly benefit my pregnancy and therefore the arrival of our baby—and they did! My body adapted so well to all the changes throughout pregnancy.”
Then came the big day—the smooth, healthy arrival of baby Boden! ✨
But the story didn’t stop there. Just three days after birth, Boden had his very first adjustment. Alex shares, “We’ve already seen so many positives from his care—from helping his latch after a tongue tie release to hitting the p**p button when he needed it!” 💩
And of course, Alex continued her own postpartum adjustments, helping her body heal and recover from birth. 💪
A true full-circle experience—preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and now baby Boden too. This family is overflowing with life and love, and we couldn’t be happier for them.

Ohhhh silly us!! 😌

The postpartum season is a lot of ups and downs, and all the emotions. It’s understandable when some days feel really hard! “Why is this happening? When will he make progress? Will he be able to have a normal life? Will we ever hear his sweet voice again?” 😟

This is what was racing through Mom, Jacqui’s, mind when her beautiful son Luke started regressing at about 13 months. He had completely stopped talking. He stopped making eye contact, was often inconsolable, had a hard time sleeping, had many sensory challenges, and wasn’t connecting well to others.

It was an extremely difficult time for Luke and his family. But being the powerhouse family that they are, they went all in on getting Luke the help he would need to continue progressing again and heal to his fullest potential. 💪🏻

And Mom said what had the biggest impact in their life was having Neurologically-Focused Chiropractic on their side.

Mom said, “Luke was in EL and getting therapies there right alongside chiropractic, but chiropractic has been our #1 tool the whole time.” It helped Luke progressively calm and retrain his nervous system so that his body could start connecting and healing on a deeper level.

She said, “I knew it was working when we started to be able to get back some of the parts of our life that were taken away when he slipped away from us. Eye contact, being able to calm down, and regulate. But most especially when he started talking again!!!” 🎉

She vividly remembers Luke saying his first words again, in the office right after an adjustment, and everyone was blown away with excitement. And very soon after, he was able to speak again!

And as his journey continued, Luke kept making positive steps forward. 🙏

Now, at 10 years old, Mom says, “Luke is healed to a degree that I wasn’t sure we would ever get to. I hoped we would, I prayed we would, and I put in the work to make sure he would, but you just never know. He’s a healthy, happy, calm 10-year-old who lights up every room he’s in and will talk your ear off all day! 😜”

Our entire family was dealing with significant neurologic struggles…” 😣

Chronic daily headaches. Dysautonomia. Night terrors. Meltdowns. Anxiety. Poor coordination.

“For myself and our youngest, Adley, the NS symptoms were severe. After a traumatic birth and developing long-haul COVID, my daily headaches were debilitating. For Adley, she began to experience apnea, significant GERD, and hypotonia at 1.5 months old. Our entire lives were dominated by nervous system dysregulation.” 😭

They tried everything.
