Quiet Doesn’t Mean Still. 👀❤️

I may be a little quiet on social media, but behind the scenes, I’m WORKING! 🙌🏾

I’m locked in—me and God. I’ve been updating the website, adding more detailed product information, making some changes, and yes… lowering prices! 👏🏾

I’ve been blessed to find better wholesale pricing, and I want that blessing to flow right on through to my customers. ❤️

And thank You, Lord, for adding new clients every day—coming from near and far! 🙏🏾 I’m enjoying every minute of preparing and filling their orders. Every new name, every new order, and every returning customer reminds me just how blessed I am to do what I love.

While I was off social media, it was truly a breath of fresh air. Honestly, after I deleted the apps from my phone (so I wouldn’t even be tempted 😂), I didn’t find myself wanting to click those little icons at all.

Instead, I spent that time focusing on what matters most—my faith, my family, my health, my business, and most importantly, you, my amazing clients and customers.

One of the biggest projects I worked on was completely refreshing my website, and I couldn’t be more proud of it. I taught myself how to do it, made plenty of mistakes along the way, learned as I went, and kept pushing forward. Looking back now, every moment was worth it.

One addition that means so much to me is our Confidential Prayer Request page. If you’re walking through one of the hardest seasons of your life and need someone to pray for you, you can submit your request directly through the website. Every prayer request comes straight to me, remains completely confidential, and I promise I will lift you up in prayer. Sometimes the greatest gift we can give one another is simply knowing someone is praying for us.

I’m not quite finished yet! 😊 I have even more exciting things planned. One of them is showcasing the beautiful people who have supported Just Breathe Apothecary through the years. I have been speaking those things as though they were over my business, God, heard me🙏🏾

A few weeks ago, a sweet lady stopped by Just Breathe Apothecary and purchased one of our Beauty for Ashes candles. She wasn’t sure what to expect or whether the fragrance would truly live up to the name, but she trusted her heart and took one home.

Fast forward two months…

An email arrives in my inbox. She’s planning a Women’s Conference & Spa Day in Atlanta, Georgia, and after reading the story on my Facebook business page about how Beauty for Ashes was born through one of the hardest seasons of my life following the illness that changed everything on January 4, 2025, she knew this candle had to be part of the experience.

Her request?

Twenty-four Beauty for Ashes candles.

The inspiration behind this candle comes from Isaiah 61:3, where God promises to “give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair.” It is a beautiful reminder that God can take our deepest pain, brokenness, grief, and trials and exchange them for healing, hope, joy, and restoration. What once looked like ashes can become something beautiful in His hands.

I don’t know who needed to read this today, but never underestimate what God can do with your story. Your testimony may be the very thing that gives someone else hope.
