Adapt is hiring for a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)!

We are on the lookout for BCBAs who are interested in a full-time position with a caseload of adolescent/adult clients with ASD. Full-time positions run on a flexible scheduling model, built to accommodate peak hours for our clients and support our day, afternoon, and home services.

- Established Support: We utilize a structured operational layout and an active peer supervision system so you are not practicing in isolation.
- Administrative Operations: A dedicated admin team handles scheduling changes, billing logistics, and intake documentation.
- Stable Hours: Your core center hours provide a predictable schedule baseline even if a home client cancels a session.
- Schedule Control: We offer the flexibility to manage your indirect tasks between shifts and set your own home-visit scheduling boundaries.

Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and LABA certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
