Our mission is to empower individuals with intellectual disabilities by supporting their activities of daily living and addressing their developmental needs within family-sized homes seamlessly integrated into local communities. By involving individuals and families in the design, operation, and monitoring of services, we ensure a person-centered approach. Our values include advocating for individualized care, fostering life skills, and encouraging meaningful relationships within the broader community.

We provide high-quality community living supports and environments for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. These services are delivered in rented or owned homes indistinguishable from others in the community. Our supports are tailored to individual needs and preferences, promoting self-sufficiency and independence. They may include assistance or training in personal hygiene, communication, home living skills, money management, socialization, and physical support, ensuring each individual receives the care they need to thrive.
