💚 Every child deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported.
Mental health challenges can look different for every child or teen. Sometimes it’s anxiety, big emotions, behavior changes, friendship struggles, or difficulty coping with life’s transitions. Whatever they’re facing, they don’t have to navigate it alone.
At Your Village, we provide compassionate, individualized therapy for children and teens (ages 3 through young adulthood) in a safe, welcoming environment where they can build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and feel empowered to thrive.
Our therapist, Caitlin Conner, LMSW, uses evidence-based approaches including Play Therapy, CBT, DBT, and EMDR to meet each child where they are. Working under the supervision of a licensed clinical social worker, Caitlin partners with families to support meaningful growth and lasting emotional well-being.
✨ Therapy may be helpful if your child is experiencing:
• Anxiety, sadness, or mood changes
• Anger or difficulty managing emotions
• Behavioral challenges at home or school
• Friendship struggles or bullying
• Grief, trauma, or major life transitions
• ADHD or Autism-related challenges
• Low self-esteem or negative self-talk
• Family conflict or other emotional concerns
We also accept select insurance plans. If you’re unsure where to start, we’re here to answer your questions and help you find the best path forward.
💙 You don’t have to figure it out alone—we’re here to support your family every step of the way.
