Bittersweet news and exciting updates!

Lisa McMahon's last day with us will be on Friday, May 29th. Speaking for the entire practice, we want to say a massive thank you to Lisa for her hard work, dedication, and incredible patient care during her time with us. We wish her the absolute best in all of her future professional endeavors!

As Bay River grows and evolves, we are also thrilled to announce a new addition to our team. Please join us in welcoming Daniel Shields to our provider team! Daniel is very excited to join us and will officially start seeing patients on June 29th.

At Bay River Primary Care, we’re always looking for ways to go above and beyond for our patients. That’s why we’ve partnered with Netrin Health, a Medicare care management organization.

If you’re a Medicare patient, you may receive a call from the Netrin team. They aren’t replacing us—they are working with us to provide:

-Extra support for complex health goals
-At-home monitoring technology (Blood pressure)
-Help navigating follow-ups and specialist visits

Netrin services are not for everyone. Your provider will determine if you qualify based on your specific health needs.

We are proud to continue serving this community under our new name with the same heart and dedication.💙
