HI!! Welcome to the Southeast WY Walk Club page!

If you've been looking for a reason to get outside and meet some people in Cheyenne, this is it!

Once a month, Rooted Wellness Collective x 1st Phorm host a 45-minute walk at Riske Field, the track at Central High School. No fee or fitness level required! You show up, you move for 45 minutes, and you go home feeling better than when you got there.

Here's what it actually looks like: people spread out around the track and go at whatever pace works for them that day. Some folks power walk. Some jog. Some run. Plenty of people are just out there talking the whole time and barely notice they've done a few miles. There's no group we're keeping up with and nobody's timing you.

ALL ARE WELCOME! Bring whoever you want! Your spouse, your kids, your stroller, your neighbor, the coworker you've been meaning to catch up with! The one thing we ask is that the pups stay home, just so we can take good care of the track and field we've been given access to.

We always have 1st Phorm products out for you to try while you're there, too!!

Parking: use the lot on the west side of the school, right by the track and field. Pull in there and you'll see us!

And if you're reading this thinking I don't know anybody who goes to that — that's most people their first time. Come by yourself and I promise you, you'll leave feeling like you belong!
