So! I have had a lot of new followers

In case we're not officially internet friends yet... 👋
Hi, I'm Jess!

The girl behind the IVs, the coffee cup, the greenhouse, and probably way too many thriller audiobooks. 😅
I'm a wife, boy mom, RN, photographer, CrossFit lover, and someone who's genuinely passionate about helping people feel their best.

Stick around if you're into: ✨ Wellness 💉 IV therapy 🏋🏼‍♀️ Fitness 🌱 Gardening ☕ Coffee 😂 A little bit of real life in between

My favorite drip: boost IV with extra glutathione for that extra glow and antioxidant support, double vitamin c for extra immune support, amino blend and taurine (my secret sauce for recovery support!!). With my monthly vitamin d injection 🔥

I'm so glad you're here! 🤍

And to all of my clients, my cup is full! THANK YOU for your continued support! I have loved this transition in my nursing field and couldn't be any more thankful!

I truly do love my job! It is so fun to meet all these amazing and fun people and hear their stories and their journeys and just be a little piece of that journey for them.

Speaking of Journey, if you are in Cheyenne tonight, you should definitely check out this amazing band at the Depot tonight! I got to hear them sound check for a little bit before we started their drip party. They sound amazing! You definitely need to check them out. Plus they are just amazing humans and very nice and kind. So go give them some love tonight!
Those Crazy Nights - Journey Reimagined

Thank you guys so much for letting me take care of you tonight before your show! It was really nice to meet you all and I hope you have a fun evening. I hope I can sneak over there and enjoy some of the show tonight 😎😎
When you're in Cheyenne again, reach out and I'd be happy to set you guys up again 😁

Raise your hand if you've ever looked at your to-do list and immediately needed a nap. 🙋🏼‍♀️😂

While I can't promise B12 will magically make your laundry fold itself or your kids stop asking for snacks every 12 seconds... it is an important vitamin that helps your body make energy, supports your brain and nerves, and helps produce healthy red blood cells.

Whether it's a quick B12 injection or adding B12 to your favorite IV drip, it's one of my favorite little wellness boosts.

And no... it doesn't give you "fake" energy. B12 simply helps your body do what it's already designed to do.
Who's a fan of B12? ❤️

Proof that growing up is realizing hydration is part of the party. 😂

Concerts. Rodeos. Pancake breakfasts. Heat. Walking 20,000 steps.

Treat your body as well as your boots this Frontier Days.

We'll come to you with IV hydration and wellness support so you can enjoy every minute of CFD.

Send me a message to reserve your spot!

What's your favorite part of Frontier Days? Rodeo, concerts, carnival, or pancakes? 🤠

✨ Tired of feeling exhausted, foggy, short of breath, or like you're running on empty no matter how much you rest?
Low iron could be the missing piece.
While oral iron supplements can be helpful, they aren't always absorbed well and often come with unpleasant side effects like nausea, constipation, and stomach upset. IV Iron delivers iron directly into the bloodstream, bypassing the digestive tract for more efficient absorption and faster replenishment of iron stores.
💡 Common signs of low iron may include: • Fatigue & low energy • Brain fog • Hair shedding • Headaches • Dizziness • Shortness of breath • Decreased exercise performance • Restless legs.
At SALT, we require lab work and a provider review to ensure IV Iron is medically appropriate and customized to your needs.
🎉 RIGHT NOW we're running a special on our Iron Infusion packages to help you achieve the best results possible while restoring your iron levels and supporting long-term wellness.
If you've been told your iron is low, or suspect it might be, this is the perfect time to explore your options.
Send me a DM to learn more or schedule your lab review. I'd be honored to help you feel your best!
