Not all grief is visible. Some losses live quietly within us — the ending of relationships, the distance created by “no contact,” the childhood we never got to fully experience, or the life we imagined before trauma and abuse changed our path.

Rising Through Grief is an in-person support group created for women and non-binary individuals seeking a safe space to process loss, share openly, and heal alongside others who understand. Through community, conversation, and supportive coping practices, we’ll honor our experiences while making room for growth, resilience, and hope.

Healing does not happen in isolation. 💜 You deserve support as you move through grief and toward yourself again.
