I had the honor of providing my very first Reiki healing and my heart is full of gratitude. 🤍

The intention my client brought into the session was simply: To start.
At the end of the session, I shared with my client what I noticed and what sensations came up (stagnation, blockages, flowing, etc.). We discussed areas of focus, healing exercises and affirmations to continue her healing.

Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that helps support the body’s natural ability to restore balance. Through noninvasive or light touch, Reiki encourages relaxation and releasing energetic blockages while creating space for greater clarity, emotional balance, and inner peace.

My intention as a practitioner is to create a safe, comfortable, and judgment-free space where you can reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling more grounded than when you arrived. Every session is guided with care, intuition, and your unique needs at the center.
