Guys- I’m so sorry if your review of our book The Business of Woo was taken down over the weekend and you’re unable to repost it. Unfortunately, Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing costumer support did not help me understand why this is happening or how to fix it, even though you were all verified purchases— and even shared photos! And I’m unable to escalate it or do anything else on my end as the author.
I know you spent your hard earned money on my book and took precious time out of your day to share a thoughtful review, and for that I am very grateful. Nothing can take that away from us!
What’s more: Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing is, apparently, famous for doing this to other indie authors, and doesn’t offer much in the way of issue resolution or troubleshooting. So please don’t stress about it! I’m focused on moving forward, and am HOPING that Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing will take a look and do the right thing here, especially because they make money off of every one of my book sales.
