I do NOT allow my health journey to interfere with my social life. 🀣 Staying connected, being loved and spending time with friends and family are just as important as eating healthy and moving my body. I adjust my schedule when needed and I am still able to meet my health goals. ✌🏾🫢🏾πŸ’ͺ🏾
