Fitness tip nobody talks about enough:
If your workouts are consistent but your brain feels foggy, your energy is low, and your mood is all over the place, the problem might not be your training. It might be your hormones.
Estrogen directly affects brain function. When it starts shifting in perimenopause and menopause, cognitive symptoms like brain fog, poor focus, and mental fatigue follow. This isn't a weakness. This is physiology.
The good news? Movement is one of the most powerful tools we have to fight back. Exercise increases blood flow to the brain, reduces inflammation, and supports the neurotransmitters that estrogen regulates.
30 minutes. Most days. It doesn't have to be intense — it has to be consistent.
Your brain is part of your fitness. Start training it that way.
