https://lnk.bio/Gut-HormoneNutritionist I’m a functional nutritionist with a master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics, plus advanced training in gut health, autoimmune nutrition, and hormone balance. I’m a midlife woman who gets it. I know what it’s like when your body starts changing in ways that don’t make sense. The brain fog. The sleep that goes MIA. The moods that make you feel like a stranger to yourself. I went through it — and came out the other side stronger, clearer, and more connected to my body than ever. Now I help women all over the world who are in perimenopause and menopause decode their symptoms, nourish their bodies, and finally feel good again — without restriction, extremes, or guesswork. A few fun facts:
☕ I love a strong oat milk latte (before 11am!)
📚 I’m always reading at least one nutrition book and one fiction novel
🧘‍♀️ I believe healing includes a side of deep breathing, dark chocolate, and good boundaries

✨ Around here, I share:

Gut and hormone education that makes sense

Real-life nutrition that fits into real life

Encouragement to slow down and tune in, not push through

I’m so glad you’re here. 💫
Drop a 💛 if this resonates — or introduce yourself in the comments! I’d love to meet you.

The same stress you used to shake off by dinner in your 30s? In your 40s, it wrecks your whole afternoon by 3pm.

Something in how your body processes stress shifted — and it’s worth understanding exactly what.

Shifting estrogen changes how your body regulates cortisol, and how sensitive your cells are to insulin. The exact same hard day leaves a bigger mark now, because the equation underneath it changed.

Drop a 🙋🏽‍♀️ below if 3pm hits different than it used to.

Save this for next time you’re standing at the pantry — that’s chemistry, working exactly the way chemistry works under stress.

Full mechanism + the 3 signals your body sends before the craving even hits → today at 8 pm cst on my YouTube channel , link in bio.

A client did this exact math with me during her intake call last spring — out loud, tallying as she went.

The supplement drawer. The ring she’d stopped wearing because she got tired of data with no next step. Two functional medicine consults that each started over from scratch.

By the time she got to the total, she stopped talking for a second.

Every piece of that list needed the same thing: a sequence underneath it that could actually put it to use — a settled nervous system for the supplements to be absorbed, a clear next step for what the ring was already telling her.

That’s exactly what the Tri-Shift Protocol is built to give: one sequence, built for your specific pattern, so everything else you’ve already tried finally has somewhere to land.

Add up what’s already in your cabinet, your wrist, and your calendar of appointments. I’ll wait.🥴

Not sure which pattern is yours yet? Four-minute quiz, link in bio. Ready to stop starting over? The Tri-Shift Protocol is where that happens — self-paced $97.

Every September, wellness content resets like nothing happened in August — same tips, same “fresh start” framing, same advice recycled for whichever body was doing the planning last January.

What that framing leaves out is that a body in perimenopause doesn’t run on the same instructions this September as it did last September.

Cortisol regulation, thyroid conversion, gut clearance — all of it shifts year over year.

A plan that doesn’t account for that shift gets handed to millions of women anyway, regardless of what their own body is actually doing right now.

Whether a plan holds this fall comes down to one thing: is it built for the body actually running things right now.

What’s the one piece of “new month” advice you keep seeing recycled that’s never once accounted for what your body is actually doing?

Save this before the next wave of September content hits your feed. Send it to the friend who’s about to be handed the same advice for the third year running.

Curious what your actual sequence looks like? My quiz asks exactly that — four minutes, link in bio.

You didn’t set out to become someone who researches the best weighted vest for bone density at 11pm.

But here you are — because at some point, ‘just walk more’ stopped feeling like enough, and now everyone’s talking about adding weight to the walk.

Here’s what’s worth knowing before you order one: rucking isn’t wrong. The bone research behind it is some of the strongest evidence we have for this stage of life.

But ‘add weight, protect your bones’ isn’t the full instruction. A loaded walk still asks something of your body — and what it asks depends entirely on what your body is already carrying.

If your stress response runs elevated most days, that same walk can be exactly the support you need, or one more demand on a system that’s already maxed out.

Your starting point determines the outcome here.

That’s the part almost no rucking post mentions. Most accounts showing off their setup don’t know your starting point — and if we’re honest, you might not either.

That’s what the quiz is for — it tells you which version of ‘add weight carefully’ actually applies to you, so you’re not guessing with your bones and your nervous system at the same time.🩵
