A reminder to not only practice your own self-soothing and self-care, but to connect to community and structural care systems for support as well. Whether it's student-led organizations, counseling and wellness centers, extracurricular clubs, offices of access and equity services, or Greenlight Counseling -- there are spaces where you can find connection and support.
