Life can sometimes be challenging and painful. There are times when you need someone to talk to that’s objective, an outside source that’s compassionate and will not only listen but understand and “get it”.

Ignoring the issues will not make them go away. I offer a safe, empathetic, non-judgmental supportive space where you can explore: challenges with life transitions, gain insights, improve communication & learn new behaviors from a strength-based focus which can lead to more enriched, empowered, productive relationships & life experiences.

The most courageous and rewarding journey is to have compassion for yourself. I am passionate about helping others with challenges relating to a new or short-term concern or re-occurring issues relating to repetitive thoughts, feelings, and reactions that are continuously disruptive and non-productive to relationships and one’s life experience.
