Stop where you're at and find a seat if you can. Close your eyes. Now some of you always wonder if you have a spirit animal (which are still your spirit guides in another form)or spirit guides. *Now if you have epilepsy or seizures, you may not want to try this because of the flashes of images you may download *. Now think of every type of animal or insect that you always feel like they either u find them, or you just happen to come in vicinity of them coincidentally. You will see images from every time in your life and they WILL speed up. But one subject make keep repeating it's self over time. It may even be several different things. Hold that image in yr mind in slow motion. Once you can write down what it was u you will feel a burst in your chest. It will feel real, and you will feel the actual waves of energy shiver and spiral out from chest to limbs ( it may feel like a vibration) and your pulse will feel stronger, like it's a stronger more energetic force of flowing blood through yr veins. THAT is your Heart Chakra opening up. How you love and feel love will be a lot different now.
