As we get older a fall can impact our physical form. Let's face it - We don't have the flexibility and stamina like we used to as children.

We didn't work back then, now we work everyday as adults. 😩 Work takes a toll on our bodies. Especially if you reuse the same muscles e v e r y d a y. We train our muscles and then they get super tight ❗️

Office workers get the most in back pain cases. I don't know about y o u. - I really enjoy when my back doesn't hurt. Why walk around all day knowing and feeling how horrible your back feels or how tight it feels? ---- stop suffering 🚫
