Last week, I attended a retreat and experienced guided breathwork paired with music, and it opened up something in me that I wasn’t expecting.
I went in thinking breathwork was mostly about relaxation. What I experienced was release, reflection, and reset.
There was a moment during the session when tears were running down my face, and then a favorite Odesza song came on….IYKYK🤍 As someone who has always felt deeply connected to music, it was one of those experiences that stayed with me long after it ended.
Since then, I’ve been diving into the science, researching trainings, and exploring how this work aligns with so much of what I already believe about nervous system regulation, healing, and growth.
I’m still learning, but I’m excited to see where this path leads and how it may eventually expand the ways I support my coaching clients.
