Showing the secrets behind women after 40 aging gracefully 🧬

08/20/2026

Everyone keeps asking me how I look younger at 54... this is my answer. 👇

💧 1. water before coffee

hydrated skin, steadier energy, and I’m not starting the day already playing catch-up.

🧴 2. SPF every single day

even indoors. one of the least exciting anti-aging habits, and probably one of the most important.

💆‍♀️ 3. lymphatic drainage

gua sha + dry brushing for less puffiness and that fresher, more awake look.

🔋 4. NMN every morning

the one I’d never give up.

NAD+ (your cells’ repair fuel) drops with age, and NMN is what your body uses to make it back.

there are a lot of different NMN products now, so this is the exact one I personally use:

https://lvnta.com/lv_VqrjQhvVACuGffQoJg

🚶‍♀️ 5. walking + strength training

better posture, stronger legs, more energy, and I carry myself completely differently.

😴 6. sleep like it’s sacred

I protect my bedtime, keep the room cool, and use magnesium + glycine.

🔴 7. recovery

red light, sauna, cold. simple things I rotate depending on the day.

🧘‍♀️ 8. protect my calm

chronic stress will quietly undo a lot of the good work you’re doing everywhere else.

it was never starving myself or finding one miracle cream.

it’s doing boring things consistently for years.

🧬 if you want to use the same NMN I take every morning, the exact one is linked above and on my profile.

👯‍♀️ send this to the friend who still thinks it’s all “good genes.”

I’m 50, and these are the 7 habits I wish I had made boringly normal years earlier.

not because they make you younger overnight, but because they stop you relying on another expensive fix every time the mirror changes.

💧 1. I hydrate before I caffeinate

water first, coffee after. I’d rather start the day hydrated than wonder why my face looks flat and dry by late morning.

☀️ 2. I get some daylight early

a quick walk outside before screens take over my day helps keep my schedule more consistent, especially at night.

🐟 3. healthy fats stay on my plate

salmon, avocado, olive oil, walnuts. I stopped treating fat like something I needed to avoid when my skin barrier needs lipids too.

🧬 4. I take NMN every morning

this became especially interesting once my skin started looking tired even on days when I had technically done everything right.

your body uses NMN to make NAD+. NAD+ helps your cells produce energy, and your body naturally makes less of it as you get older.

your skin cells use energy for everyday repair, keeping their moisture barrier working properly and supporting the processes involved in firmness.

so if your face keeps looking dull, dry or permanently exhausted, another product on top is not the only place worth looking.

there are a lot of different NMN products and replicas now, so this is the exact one I personally use:

https://lvnta.com/lv_VqrjQhvVACuGffQoJg

🥩 5. protein shows up more than once a day

I stopped trying to cram all of it into dinner. every meal now gives my body something useful to maintain muscle with.

😴 6. I keep bedtime predictable

a few nights of bad sleep and my eyes look heavier, my skin looks duller and I feel older before breakfast.

🧴 7. my skincare stopped being entertainment

SPF in the morning, moisturizer at night, oil when I need it. I would rather repeat a simple routine than own twenty products I barely use.

the older I get, the more I trust things I can actually keep doing.

if you want to see the exact NMN I take every morning, it’s linked above, or you can find it on my profile.

none of them require a 12-step routine 👇

☀️ 1. I get outside early

a few minutes of natural morning light helps keep my sleep-wake rhythm consistent, and better sleep shows up on my face fast.

❄️ 2. I use something cold when I wake up puffy

cold water, a chilled spoon, an ice cube wrapped in something soft. nothing glamorous, but my face looks noticeably more awake afterward.

🥩 3. I stopped under-eating protein

I want a real protein source at every meal now. maintaining muscle, skin and hair becomes much harder when your body barely gets the building blocks it needs.

🧬 4. NMN every morning

this is where my routine stopped being only about what I could put ON my face.

your body uses NMN to make NAD+. NAD+ helps your cells make energy, and we naturally produce less of it as we get older.

your skin cells need that energy for everyday repair, maintaining the moisture barrier and supporting the processes that keep skin looking firm and healthy.

so when your face starts looking dull, dry and permanently exhausted, I don’t think another serum should be the only answer.

NMN became one of my morning non-negotiables for that reason.

there are a lot of replicas and random versions being sold now, so this is the exact one I personally use:

https://lvnta.com/lv_VqrjQhvVACuGffQoJg

💧 5. water comes before caffeine

simple rule, but better than reaching lunchtime and realizing coffee has basically been my hydration plan.

🧴 6. my nighttime skincare stays boring

moisturizer first, then a little rosehip or jojoba oil when I need extra moisture. I stopped changing everything every time a new product went viral.

😴 7. I protect my bedtime

when sleep slips, I see heavier eyes, duller skin and more puffiness almost immediately.

none of these are dramatic.

that is exactly why I can keep doing them.

These are the simple meals I eat to stay strong, energized and glowing at 62. ✨

I don’t spend hours meal prepping or chasing perfect nutrition. I just keep coming back to foods that make it easy to get protein, healthy fats and plenty of color.

here’s today 👇

🫐 Breakfast: Collagen Berry Bowl

▪️ full-fat Greek yogurt

▪️ vanilla protein + collagen

▪️ mixed berries

▪️ chia seeds

▪️ walnuts + cinnamon

🥗 Lunch: Salmon Power Salad

▪️ 150g salmon

▪️ mixed greens

▪️ avocado

▪️ cucumber + cherry tomatoes

▪️ olive oil + lemon

▪️ pumpkin seeds

🥩 Dinner: Turmeric Beef Bowl

▪️ 160g lean beef

▪️ roasted sweet potato

▪️ broccoli + spinach

▪️ ginger + garlic + turmeric

▪️ olive oil + lemon

one thing 62 has taught me is that the boring basics matter far more than whatever anti-aging trick is trending this week.

eat enough protein. keep muscle on your body. sleep. move. eat real food.

and every morning, I also take NMN.

why?

because your body can use NMN to make NAD+. NAD+ helps your cells turn fuel into energy, and we naturally produce less of it as we age.

if you know that feeling of getting enough sleep but still looking exhausted in the bathroom mirror, or reaching mid-afternoon and feeling like somebody turned your battery down to 20%, that is why this caught my attention in the first place.

there are a lot of different versions and replicas being sold now, so this is the exact one I personally use:

💬 breakfast, lunch or dinner, which one are you choosing?

At 55, I realized I was making aging harder on myself with habits I had accepted for years.

these are the 5 things I stopped doing:

😴 1. cutting sleep short and pretending I was fine

a few late nights and I can see it immediately. heavier eyes, duller skin, worse workouts and that afternoon feeling where everything suddenly feels harder.

🏋️‍♀️ 2. relying on cardio to stay in shape

walking stayed, but endless cardio did not. lifting gave me better posture, more shape and a body that feels stronger instead of simply smaller.

🥩 3. treating protein like a dinner food

I spread it across the day now. I want every meal giving my body something useful for maintaining muscle and recovering.

💧 4. starting the day with caffeine

water first. coffee later. small rule, but much better than realizing halfway through the day that coffee has basically been my hydration plan.

🧬 5. accepting low energy and a tired-looking face as unavoidable

if you wake up after a full night and still look completely drained, then hit 2pm feeling like your battery is almost gone, pay attention to this one.

your body can use NMN to make NAD+. NAD+ helps your cells turn fuel into usable energy, and our levels naturally decline as we get older.

that is why NMN became one of the few supplements I actually stayed consistent with.

there are a lot of different versions and replicas out there, so this is the exact one I personally use:https://lvnta.com/lv_VqrjQhvVACuGffQoJg

I did not need a more complicated routine.

I needed to stop repeating the habits that were making me feel older.

08/18/2026

At 52, my body responded much better when I stopped trying to out-diet, out-cardio and out-caffeinate getting older.

these are the 5 things I stopped doing after 50:

🏋️‍♀️ 1. using cardio as my entire fitness plan

walking stayed. endless treadmill sessions did not. strength training gave me more shape, better posture and a body that feels much stronger now.

💧 2. drinking coffee before anything else

water comes first now. simple change, but much better than reaching lunchtime realizing caffeine has basically carried the whole morning.

🥩 3. under-eating protein

I stopped saving most of it for dinner. every meal gets a proper source now because maintaining muscle matters far more to me than eating as little as possible.

🧬 4. brushing off low energy as “just age”

if you wake up after enough sleep and still look completely drained, or hit the afternoon and feel like somebody unplugged you, this is worth understanding.

your body uses NMN to make NAD+. NAD+ helps your cells turn fuel into usable energy, and levels naturally decline as we get older.

that is why NMN earned a permanent place in my mornings.

there are a lot of replicas and different versions out there now, so this is the exact one I personally use:

https://lvnta.com/lv_VqrjQhvVACuGffQoJg

😴 5. stealing hours from sleep

I protect 7 to 8 hours now because a few bad nights show up everywhere. heavier eyes, duller skin, worse workouts and no energy by afternoon.

none of this is complicated.

I simply stopped doing the things that were making aging harder than it needed to feel.

if you are curious about the exact NMN I take every morning, it is linked above, or you can find it on my profile.

08/18/2026

I’m 60, and these are the 7 habits I wish someone had convinced me to start at 40.

none of them are dramatic. that’s probably why I’ve actually managed to keep them.

🏋️‍♀️ 1. I strength train consistently

I’m not chasing exhaustion. I want muscle, better posture and a body that still feels capable when I get older.

☀️ 2. I get outside early

before emails, errands and screens take over. natural morning light and a little movement make the whole start of my day feel different.

🧬 3. NMN every morning

this is the one that made me think differently about aging.

if you’re sleeping all night but still waking up looking exhausted, hitting the afternoon feeling like your battery is already almost empty, or wondering why another serum isn’t changing that tired look, there’s another layer worth paying attention to.

your body uses NMN to make NAD+. NAD+ helps your cells turn fuel into energy, and we naturally produce less of it as we age.

that’s why I take NMN every morning instead of only thinking about what I can put on the outside.

there are so many different versions and replicas being sold now, so this is the exact one I personally use:

https://lvnta.com/lv_VqrjQhvVACuGffQoJg

🥩 4. protein at breakfast

I stopped waiting until dinner to finally eat enough. I want my body getting what it needs to maintain muscle throughout the day.

😴 5. I protect my sleep

a predictable bedtime and enough hours. after a few bad nights, my face tells me before anything else does.

💧 6. water before caffeine

one glass first. coffee second. nothing complicated.

🧴 7. SPF is automatic

face, neck, chest and hands, every day. consistency beats owning another expensive product I forget to use.

I didn’t transform my life in one week.

I just stopped abandoning the simple things that were actually worth keeping.

if you want to see the exact NMN I take every morning, it’s linked above, or you can find it on my profile.

08/17/2026

I’m 52, and these are the 7 boring habits I keep doing to still look 25.

if you’re spending more on skincare every year but somehow still waking up looking more tired than you feel, read this 👇

🥩 1. I eat protein throughout the day

not one giant serving at night. your body can’t maintain muscle with the protein you meant to eat. I put a real source into breakfast, lunch and dinner.

☀️ 2. I get outside early

ten minutes of daylight and a little movement before I disappear into screens. simple enough that I’ll actually do it.

🏋️‍♀️ 3. I lift weights 3 times a week

because when muscle disappears, posture, shape and that strong “held together” look start disappearing with it.

🧬 4. NMN every morning

this is where most anti-aging routines completely lose me.

you can sleep eight hours and still look exhausted in the bathroom mirror. you can need another coffee before the afternoon is even over. you can own a shelf full of serums and still feel like your face has lost its spark.

another cream isn’t addressing that layer.

NMN is something your body can use to make NAD+. NAD+ helps your cells turn fuel into usable energy, and we naturally make less of it as we age.

that’s the reason NMN earned a permanent place in my mornings. I’m supporting the system underneath instead of expecting everything to come from something I rub on top.

there are so many copies and different versions now, so this is the exact one I personally use:

https://lvnta.com/lv_VqrjQhvVACuGffQoJg

😴 5. I stop stealing hours from sleep

because “I’m fine on five hours” stops sounding convincing when your eyes look heavy before breakfast and you’re dragging yourself through the afternoon.

🧴 6. SPF is automatic

face, neck, chest and hands. every day. prevention is much easier than trying to undo years of extra damage.

💧 7. coffee comes second

water first. I stopped letting caffeine carry me from waking up to lunch.

none of these habits look impressive individually.

stack them for years and suddenly people start asking what you’re doing differently.

if you’re curious about the NMN I take every morning, the exact one is linked above, or you can find it on my profile.

08/17/2026

I’m 54, and apparently I’m supposed to accept looking and feeling older every year.

I decided I wasn’t very interested in that plan.

these are the 7 boring things I keep doing that helped me feel stronger, look younger and take better care of myself than I did years ago 👇

🥩 1. protein is part of every meal

I don’t wait until dinner anymore. eggs at breakfast, chicken or fish later, Greek yogurt when I need something easy. I want my body getting what it needs to maintain muscle all day.

☀️ 2. I see daylight early

I try to get outside before I’ve spent half the morning staring at a screen. ten minutes is enough to make this an easy habit instead of another wellness project.

🧬 3. I take NMN every morning

the explanation is much simpler than people make it sound.

NMN is something your body can use to make NAD+. NAD+ helps your cells make energy, and your levels naturally decline as you get older.

that was the missing connection for me. I had spent years thinking about what I could put on my skin without ever thinking much about the energy my body was running on underneath.

there are a lot of NMN replicas and different versions being sold now, so this is the exact one I personally use 👉 https://lvnta.com/lv_VqrjQhvVACuGffQoJg

🏋️‍♀️ 4. I keep challenging my muscles

three strength sessions a week. nothing extreme. I care about staying strong, firm and capable far more than I care about being as small as possible.

💧 5. water comes before coffee

such a boring rule, but my mornings feel very different when caffeine isn’t the first and only thing going into me.

😴 6. sleep is scheduled, not accidental

I keep the room cool and my bedtime fairly consistent because I can see bad sleep on my face before I feel it anywhere else.

🧴 7. I stopped collecting skincare

SPF, moisturizer and a few products I actually use beat a bathroom full of things I try twice and forget about.

looking younger at 54 has been much less about finding something magical and much more about refusing to abandon the basics.

if you’re curious about the exact NMN I take every morning, it’s linked above, or you can find it on my profile.

08/17/2026

I’m 87, and if there is one thing I wish more women understood, it is that starting late is still infinitely better than never starting.

I certainly wasn’t doing everything right in my younger years. these are the 7 habits I eventually kept because they were simple enough to actually stick with 👇

☀️ 1. I get outside in the morning

10 minutes of natural light is usually enough for me. it helps set the rhythm for my day and has become one of those tiny habits I notice immediately when I skip.

🥩 2. I build meals around protein

eggs, fish, chicken, Greek yogurt, whatever fits. keeping muscle becomes too important with age to leave protein as an afterthought.

🧬 3. NMN every morning

this is probably the habit that needs the most explaining.

NMN is something your body uses to make NAD+. NAD+ helps your cells make energy, and our levels naturally decline as we get older.

that was the part that finally made sense to me. I had spent years buying things for the outside without thinking much about what was happening underneath.

there are a lot of different NMN products and replicas being sold now, so this is the exact one I personally use:

https://lvnta.com/lv_VqrjQhvVACuGffQoJg

💧 4. water comes before coffee

I would rather start the morning hydrated than realize at lunchtime that caffeine was basically all I had drank.

🏋️‍♀️ 5. I keep challenging my muscles

nothing extreme. I simply refuse to stop using my strength because I know how quickly we can lose what we stop using.

😴 6. sleep is part of the routine

I keep my bedroom cool and my nights predictable. bad sleep shows up in how I feel the next day faster than almost anything.

🧴 7. I keep skincare simple

moisturizer every night, rosehip oil when I need extra moisture, and consistency instead of a different product every week.

these habits look almost too boring written down.

but boring things you actually repeat have done far more for me than exciting things I tried twice.

if you want to see the exact NMN I take every morning, it’s linked above, or you can find it on my profile.
