Most people only know the version of me they see today…the healer, the teacher, the woman who speaks about hope, transformation, and coming home to yourself. What many don’t know is what came before her.
I was born into death and abandonment. Before I had words, my body had already learned survival. My earliest years were marked by fear, instability, and trauma that no child should ever have to carry. As life unfolded, the wounds only deepened. I found myself surviving a brain tumor, and later finding myself in even deeper wounds of depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, sexual abuse, domestic violence, narcissistic abuse, and years spent abandoning myself because survival was all I knew.
There were seasons I didn’t think I would ever find my way back to myself. No one rescued me. No one handed me a map. Healing wasn’t one miracle. It was thousands of impossible choices. It was choosing to stay. Choosing to face the wounds instead of pretending they weren’t there. Choosing accountability over blame. Choosing to forgive what I could, grieve what I couldn’t, and keep walking anyway. Year after year. Layer after layer. Slowly, the woman I was fighting to become began meeting me halfway.
Then I became a mother.
Without ever realizing it, my son became one of my greatest teachers. Loving him taught me how to love the little girl I had buried beneath decades of survival. Every stage of his life invited another part of me to heal. He didn’t save me, but he reminded me why I refused to give up. Through him, I found parts of myself I thought had been lost forever.
Today, I no longer carry shame for where I’ve been. I carry reverence for the woman who survived it. Healing isn’t about pretending the darkness never existed. It’s about becoming so rooted in your truth that the darkness no longer decides who you are.
If my life has taught me anything, it’s this: your trauma may explain you, but it does not define you. Your past may shape you, but it does not get to write your future. The strongest people I’ve ever met aren’t the ones who never fell apart. They’re the ones who had every reason to stay broken and chose to rebuild anyway.
This is why I do the work I do today. Not because I’ve lived a perfect life, but because I’ve lived a real one. I’ve walked through the fire, and I know what it’s like to believe there is no way out. I also know what it feels like to finally breathe again.
If you’re carrying wounds you’ve never been taught how to hold, you don’t have to walk that path alone. Through shamanic energy healing, spiritual counseling, and deep inner work, I help people gently witness the parts of themselves that have been hidden by pain, so they can reconnect with who they truly are beneath the survival.
The journey isn’t easy, but I promise you this: healing is possible. Freedom is possible. You are not too broken, too damaged, or too far gone.
If you’re ready to begin that journey, I’d be honored to walk beside you.
Be Love,
