The days feel a million hours long when you know time is the only answer.

A week now since I’ve heard my moms voice

“I love you” to my siblings and I.

The longest we’ve ever gone not talking to her.

I’m getting my walks in. The house is staying clean.

Because moving my body makes it feel like it will make the minutes pass faster but knowing how short life is , speeding it up isn’t my wish either.

Bit by bit as we feel the capacity for it, we are getting things together to celebrate her life and also close up her earthly life here.

Thank you for all your kind words and condolences!

Making a job change after 11 years can feel like a “death” especially when it’s been your identity. But my decision wasn't emotional. It was strategic.

It wasn’t because the last 11 years weren’t amazing. It was because I saw the next 11 being even better.

It wasn’t because I was failing (I was in the top 40 income earners in 2025). It was because I know my potential & I’m intentional about where I put my time and energy!

I want you to understand what I saw, why it made sense to me, and why even though I envisioned the future would hold companies “adding options” I still chose to work with the community at EllieMD. You NEED to know the difference.

Tonight you can get a look at the growing longevity movement and what it looks like to pioneer this movement instead of playing catch up. If you currently use hormones, peptide$, gl🫛, supplements, or like the most cutting edge tools for aging well, this is for you too.

My goal isn't to convince anyone, it's simply to share what I see. For those of us who love serving & helping others with their health (from anywhere in the world 🌴!) there is nothing more rewarding.

Here is an experience I think will help you with faith. I’ve never typed this out because recalling the memory is excruciating. I feel the urge today.

When my dad entered hospice care at home, I spent days just sitting with him. We took shifts as a family. But I didn’t want to miss a minute of it.

Even tho I wasn’t sure he was still there.

He went through all the textbook stages of death written in the hospice book.

But the moment etched in my brain...

The day he died. It was around 5:15pm.

I had gotten up to feed Tyler who was 10 months old. He was getting fussy.

I walked from the dining room where Dad’s bed was into the living room where Tyler was playing. I picked him up.

I think prob 10 seconds passed of me holding him and all of a sudden something overcame my body. I can’t explain it other than an EXTREME urge to move.

I physically DROPPED Tyler, it actually felt like he was taken from my hands and set on the ground.

I moved into the dining room and at this point had NO IDEA WHY. I felt like I was floating; I don’t remember walking.

I looked down and saw my dad’s chest raise really high. It stayed there. It went down.

It seemed like hours passed. It raised again.

It went down.

And then never raised again.

We were all there....

(deep breath, that was hard to write)

Up until that moment I had always questioned God. But I can’t explain that moment outside of some power bigger that CARRIED me to my dad to make sure I didn’t miss his last breath.

This was the worst moment of my life and the most wonderful moment as it completely changed my life.

It’s really private to me and I’ve only shared it with a few but there are multiple people in my life right now going through these last moments and it inspired me to share this.

Because this is the moment that strengthened my faith when I needed the most.

I had been frantically had been praying that heaven existed, that Dad wouldn’t be alone, and I got the sign I needed.

I may not get to church all the time. I swear. I’ve sinned. I’m so imperfect.

But I no longer feel alone. I feel unstoppable, in fact. This must be what faith feels like.

I feel like this wouldn’t have happened to me, if I weren’t meant to share it.

Just like a lot of things in my life today, no one can take away the experiences I have that shape my life. I will use them to lift up others.

From that point on, I AM LISTENING.

if you’ve got someone who needs to read this feel free to share. If you’ve read to the end of this long post, maybe that person is you.

The shoe can’t drop because you are the shoe. Remember this when fear takes over vs the reality that you create your own experience no matter what external circumstances are ❤️

“There has to be a better way…

We have built rockets that reach the moon. We are developing artificial intelligence that can solve problems once thought impossible. We carry supercomputers in our pockets. Yet our healthcare system still largely revolves around treating disease after it happens instead of preventing it before it begins…”

At EllieMD, we are more than just a telehealth platform. We are a vibrant community dedicated to making prescription-grade products more affordable and accessible.

I should be an expert by now.

Living with a broken heart
and a full heart
simultaneously.

But I’m not. Are we ever?

Joy doesn’t wait for grief to leave. And grief doesn’t pause because life is beautiful.

These chapters seem to always overlap. I do my best to show up present and thankful but I also know what others see from the outside is often times about 25% of what’s happening in the background.

If you’re doing both right now - smiling through the pain & living up life, I see you! The hardest part isn’t choosing between joy and grief. It’s making room for both. 💞

Without hitting rock bottom
You’d have no idea how it feels to RISE. BACK. UP.
🔥And take your power back 🔥

We are all at different places right now
*On the way down
*The very bottom
*Rising back up
*At the very top
At all different times & repeat repeat repeat 🎢

Because unfortunately or fortunately, depending on how you look at it, you’ll have ENDLESS opportunities to RISE, because as a rule life is HARD.

No matter where you are I promise you 🙌🏻YOU ARE CAPABLE OF A BIGGER GAME 🙌🏻

“I love myself enough to hold myself accountable for my life.” -On Repeat. Only YOU can save YOU.

Thank God for these moments we feel we can’t take another step, take another breath, won’t make it out alive ...cause when we DO...we realize we CAN and we WILL.

Which Wolf Wins?

A Native American grandfather told his grandson that there is a battle between two wolves that live within you.

One wolf is evil and has anger, envy, sorrow, regrets, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, superiority and ego.

The other wolf is good and has joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, empathy, generosity, faith, courage, honor and integrity.

The grandson asked his grandfather, “Which one wins?”

The grandfather replied simply,

“The one you feed.”

~ This was on a small piece of paper I found in my mom and dad’s camping journal. I hope you love it as much as I do and take it to heart!
