The garden is officially making dinner now 😋 Here's to tomato soup, with basil pesto added in for a bit of texture & extra flavor.

There's something pretty damn satisfying about eating food you grew yourself.

First bean harvest of the season! 🌱

There is something ridiculously satisfying about walking into the and coming back with food.

No grocery store.
No plastic packaging.
No wondering where it came from.

Just dirt, sunshine, and a little patience.....well, and an unreasonable amount of garden checking 😆

There's something about baking from scratch that reminds me why I wanted this life.

Not because it's faster (ps- it's definitely not 🤣)

But because slowing down long enough to make something with your hands, and nourishes your family, feels really special 🥰
