Happy Solstice! 🌞

Here’s a fun, easy, and free activity to do with your kiddos today! This week in therapy we made dandelion crowns on the trampoline in OT. Fine motor skills, learning something new, and following directions, all while getting some wiggles out in the sun. It checks all our boxes.

Bonus points if you make one for yourself, too!

Our Southeast Team is growing!

We couldn't be more excited to announce the newest addition to the THH Southeast team!

Originally from Duluth, Minnesota, V made the move to Alaska after earning her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the College of St. Scholastica in 2025. She began her career in Juneau as a travel contractor and pediatric occupational therapist with the Juneau School District, where she has worked with children ages 4–18 across a wide range of abilities and needs, helping them access their education and fully participate in school life. V's clinical experience includes outpatient hand therapy, outpatient pediatric services, and school-based pediatric occupational therapy. Outside of work, V loves staying active and exploring the outdoors. Whether she's trail running with friends, biking, rock climbing, gardening, or hiking with her two dogs, she enjoys embracing new adventures. She is dedicated to supporting others in accessing the activities that matter most and that they love!
