We as human beings often Know things that we have no logical way of knowing. Maybe even a time comes to your mind now in which this has happened to you. This is a skill you can intentionally exercise and one that I practice daily for my healing work. Things that haven’t happened yet enter me like a recalled memory in my mind or something that has long transpired disseminates into collectible information within my presence. And I have an ability that I can only describe as “seeing” with my fingertips. I can catch information between my hands when I am working with someone, or even upon meeting someone within our handshake. I can even feel you over the phone through the smallest interaction. From a distance I can feel others through the ether, and boy was May rife with intel! Of excitement though was new contact with someone spiritually equal to me, but I see she does not recognize me standing there. She has never seen an equal before and does not trust the possibility. I can really relate to that though and take no difficulty in allowing it to remain as it is. As these gifts grow in me, learning what to do with the information is a whole practice in itself ☺️ The tricky part is deciding in what way do I become impacted by this type of information. Sometimes just knowing for yourself has to be enough ✨ Thank you for the wisdom of May as I am reminded just how much there is to look forward to. Even when it’s not recognizable, you can trust that it’s there ❤️‍🩹😊

I had an incredible time with Earth Rabbit at the Cincinnati Body, Mind, Spirit Expo over the weekend. The energy truly flowed like never before! I bawled my eyes out after it was over to realize it was the most successful event I’ve ever been a part of in the last 5 years, by a long shot - like over 3x anything I’ve ever done!! Cincy, you blow my mind, thank you soooo much for the love and support! I definitely get to stick around now and bring to you even more that I have in store 🥰 I see you Universe, showing me the way 💕✨ and I can’t wait to see you all again next time, my friends 🫶🏽❤️‍🩹🐇

Get cozy and grab a drink while we talk crystals, the magic of the universe and how that’s directly connected to our body within. And what’s most amazing is I was able to counsel myself by watching some of this again. This was recorded only a couple days prior and yet today I was in dire need to remember some of this in light of what I am currently going through. It really helped me out! Crazy how I’m the one to do it for myself and what’s cool is we are all capable of that. Ohhh, how I love this work! ✨

Are we talking about the body here or are we talking about life? 💫 I want to start talking about my somatic practices and I think the body and life are both the same. The more I go down the rabbit hole within my own being, I am getting to know the way my body moves subconsciously while also learning how to harness and control conscious thought in order to direct my body out of subconscious movement and into directed movement. And consequently, the deeper I go, the more I am plugged in to the entire world around me. The more I understand myself inside, I am in greater contact and understanding with the whole universe outside. The way out is the way in, and the way in is the way out, and the evidence of that becomes more and more noticeable every day. Because my mentor’s mentor is right - thank goodness life happens within us instead of somewhere else out there where we might never find it, see it, work with or act upon it. The body tells us so we don’t miss it. You are in control of the whole world around you, simply by directing yourself. And when you are supported properly, you can do absolutely anything. ✨🐇 These words given today were for my body, but they were also given for my life. ❤️‍🩹

For the longest time I wondered if I was real. I mean like, for decades I wondered. The people on this planet couldn’t possibly be my people, the way they handled me, the way they treated each other; that couldn’t possibly be right. Was I even real? The vast loneliness that comes with that has really shaped my body, my personality, my presence, and today I celebrate the evidence of my existence in the most micro of moments, like my shadow here amidst the flowers.

When I was 18, my partner was my white knight, lifting me out of significant abuse, and seeing me for the first time when I wasn’t sure if I existed. And when the day came where he lay dead at my feet, I started to wonder if he had even been real after all too? I clung to his driver’s license’s as proof for decades.

So now, when my son proudly clings to my expired driver’s license as a memento of his mother, which he displays at his bedside like a photograph for his own enjoyment, I know it’s the universe touching me to remind me I am real. As my relationship with my daughter grows deeper by the day, and I see all the beautiful and compassionate qualities I’ve passed down to her bubbling up through her own unique self, I know it’s the universe showing me that I do in-fact exist. When my kids are inpatient, intense, and annoying, just like me, I laugh because, ha, there I am again! I must be real! And as I lay here on speakerphone with a supportive friend, I see the black mirror of my phone laying on my chest, jumping ever so slightly with each beat of my heart, reflecting my surroundings coming alive to my own heart beat. I am still here, deeply inside myself, and ever expanding outside, into the universe.

I give special thanks to the universe for speaking to me in such poetic ways. She wants me to show them to you now because she’s been speaking to you too, and she’s ever hopeful you will get the message. You are real, you matter, and you are loved. The Earth will show you, you just have to let her, and if you ever need helping in learning how, reach out. I got you ✨❤️‍🩹

“Quick like a bunny” my momma always used to say. The year of the horse is almost upon us and Earth Rabbit will propel right next to the fire horse in stride! It’s going to take a rabbit to keep up, and I’ve got the speeding tickets to prove that I can. Quick like a bunny, we are recharging amidst the crystals this week at the Tucson Gem Show, to bring you more of the finest healing and magical gemstones from all over the planet, hand selected to bring back to the tri-state area. We will be bringing them to you in a whopping 18 shows this year, so be on the lookout for us, Cincinnati! We absolutely cannot wait to see you! In the meantime, we are sending healing and love to all of you as we recharge ourselves for the shifting terrain ahead. We got this, and so do you, together! ✨❤️‍🩹
