Skin care.. in any way natural is incredibly important to me. When people come to me with skin care improvements I often will explain to them that the best thing they can do for themselves when it comes to anti-aging, scars, hyperpigmentation, huge pores, WRINKLES! LOOSE SKIN! CREPEY SKIN! LOSS OF COLLAGEN AND ELASTICITY!! I will always explain to them.... Microneedling!! Even better Radio frequency Microneedling!! Yes serums like retinals, vit. c, peptides, hyaluronic acid and ECT are also key BUT COMBINING it all with microneedling you will truly see just how well these serums can work. But not JUST RF microneedling but in-between the microneedling sessions to also add 3 to 5 times weekly microcurrenting and ultrasonic frequency! They all have their own main benefits and when combined you are kicking ages ass in all the best ways!! You don't need to go surgically altering yourself! However .. consistency is KEY! It is not a quick fix... It is a fix, but when used regularly and consistently! Just like a workout .. if you stop working out and eating right . What happens? Your body will go back to it's old way.. same with skin care! And that is where most people fall short... Consistency... They want an instant fix... But in the long run.. the instant fixes like surgery.. turn the backfire.. but natural ways of doing it like this and using other amh⁴⁴currents and frequencies.. absolutely fixed and have long-term benefits, for as long as you want them as long as you stay consistent.

Let's talk about St. John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum): Traditionally used as a classic herbal sunshine ally for mild-to-moderate depression. It helps support serotonin levels. Along with so many other great benefits! HOW EVER please note that this herb can react bad with many medications!

⚠️ Important Note: St. John’s Wort interacts with a massive number of prescription medications (including birth control and antidepressants). Always check for contraindications first.

St. John’s wort is a traditional herbal remedy best known for treating mild to moderate depression. It works by potentially boosting brain chemicals like serotonin and dopamine. However, it is infamous for causing severe, dangerous interactions with many prescription medications, so it must be used cautiously.Key Health Benefits & UsesMild to Moderate Depression: Research indicates it may be as effective as standard prescription antidepressants for mild to moderate cases, often with fewer sexual side effects.Menopause Relief: Extracts have been shown to help lessen physical and emotional symptoms, such as reducing the frequency and severity of hot flashes.PMS Symptoms: It can help balance hormones, reducing associated mood swings, fatigue, and irritability.Topical Wound Healing: Applied directly to the skin, St. John’s wort oil has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties used to soothe minor burns, bruises, and skin irritations.Other Potential Uses: Preliminary, less-conclusive evidence suggests it might assist with Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) and insomnia.Critical Warnings & Drug Interactions St. John's wort affects how the liver processes drugs (specifically the cytochrome P450 pathway). It interacts dangerously with a wide range of pharmaceuticals, sometimes causing life-threatening complications.Antidepressants: Taking it with SSRIs can cause serotonin syndrome (a dangerous buildup of serotonin).Birth Control: It can reduce the effectiveness of oral contraceptives, leading to unintended pregnancy.Other Medications: It decreases the effectiveness of blood thinners (like warfarin), heart medications, and immunosuppressants.

Making some beautiful traditional Pine Cone Syrup! Not only because it's such a rich and beautiful taste but because of course it has some great health benefits!

Traditional pine cone syrup (Mugolio) is primarily used in herbalism to soothe respiratory ailments like coughs, bronchitis, and sore throats due to its natural expectorant and anti-inflammatory properties. It also contains antioxidants and antimicrobial compounds that help support the immune system during cold and flu season.

Side note: you can also use the pine needles themselves to make syrup it's not quite the same it has its own tastes and notes but just as healthy!
I'm also making a couple jars of this as well!

(EARLY SPRING MEDICINAL HERBS) ☘️ 🌺 🌹 🌿
Early spring medicinal herbs are often nutrient-dense "weeds" and hardy perennials that support detoxification and immune health, including dandelion, stinging nettle, chickweed, cleavers, and violets. These plants are packed with vitamins and minerals, helping to transition the body from winter, often used in teas, tinctures, and spring salads to aid digestion and reduce inflammation.
Key Early Spring Medicinal Herbs
Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale): The leaves are a well-known diuretic and tonic for liver health, while roots help boost digestion.
Stinging Nettle (Urtica dioica): Extremely nutritious and rich in iron, often used as a tonic for seasonal allergies and energy.
Chickweed (Stellaria media): A soothing, cooling herb used to help with inflammation and act as a gentle diuretic to cleanse the system.
Cleavers (Galium aparine): Known as a lymphatic tonic, helping to move lymph and support detoxification.
Violets (Viola spp.): The leaves and flowers are soothing and rich in mucilage, making them excellent for skin health (rashes) and respiratory support.
Purple Dead Nettle (Lamium purpureum): Highly nutritious, providing early spring allergy relief and anti-inflammatory benefits.
Wild Garlic (Allium ursinum): A pungent, antimicrobial herb that supports heart health and acts as a digestive stimulant.
