This is my sixth year teaching yoga, but my first teaching spin & barre, & my first time really teaching college students consistently. I have to say they’re my favorite audience!!! They are sooo excitable, fun, & anxious to learn, even if they make me feel old 🤪 Thank you all for enduring my music, having fun with me when I make you do the “face to face” dance move, & laugh when I motivate you by telling you you’re getting hotter for your ex!!!!!!

I’ve had so much fun teaching different forms of fitness classes this semester… but yoga is still my favorite 😝
