Does it feel like your baby wants to nurse all the time? You’re not alone🤱
Newborns typically feed 10–12 times a day, and periods of cluster feeding are completely normal. While it can feel overwhelming, frequent feeding doesn’t automatically mean you have a low milk supply.
Watch for signs that your baby is getting enough milk, including:
💙 Healthy weight gain
💙 Plenty of wet diapers
💙 Feeding cues like bringing hands to their mouth, rooting, and sucking on their fingers
Remember, crying is a late hunger cue. If your baby is already upset, try calming them with skin-to-skin contact, rocking, or singing before attempting to latch.
Save this post for those newborn days or share it with a parent who could use a little reassurance💙
