You cannot affirm your way out of a belief your body still feels is true 👀

If a part of you decided at 5 years old that you weren’t enough, no amount of “I am worthy” will create lasting change until your nervous system feels safe enough to let that story go.

Let me, let you in on a best kept secret, coming from someone who made it to the top of an industry.

You don’t need to accomplish the thing you think you need to feel the way you want.

& What I’ve found through my experiences of achievement is that the top of the mountain doesn’t always hold the desired response you think it would.

I’ve also learned that you don’t need to climb the mountain to have already enjoy the fruit.

Sometimes the journey is the nectar and the achievement only creates desire for more.

✨And who do you become or what intentions do you have once that mountain has been summited?

And If you don’t accomplish climbing the mountain, could you still enjoy the process of the becoming? Or would this mean you’ve failed?

I believe these are very important questions to ask prior to aiming for a specific achievement due to the idea that all things happen in divine timing, and you can truly never know the journey that’s going to lay out before you even when you try.

I found that this attachment to the outcome creates the resistance, even when something beautiful has shown itself to you. So why not learn how to harness what you desire to feel before even having it? Be open to how this might change your perception of the need for achievement in the first place.

If I had 6 months to completely change my life…
I wouldn’t start by trying to do more 🫠

I’d start by slowing down. By getting clear & vulnerable with myself and my patterns. Taking time, healing the version of me creating from fear, survival, self-doubt, people pleasing, burnout, and old patterns.

✨I’d learn my attachment wounds. ✨Rewire the limited beliefs running my life. ✨Regulate my nervous system with embodiment. ✨Reconnect to my body, pleasure, and feminine energy. ✨… And stop abandoning myself trying to become “good enough.”

Because your life changes when you change your actions 💗

That’s when things start to feel good again.

Most people think manifestation is about controlling life.

But the deeper truth is that manifestation begins when you stop fighting yourself long enough to actually hear your inner guidance.

Your body is constantly communicating with you.

Through contraction, anxiety, numbness, desire, exhaustion, longing, pleasure, and resistance.

Ta**ra teaches that the body is not separate from consciousness. 
The body IS consciousness expressing itself.

Which means that the moments where you feel “off,” confused, emotional, triggered, disconnected, or uncertain are often not signs you’re failing…

They’re invitations into deeper awareness.

So many people are trying to manifest from a dysregulated nervous system while abandoning their emotional reality.

Forcing positivity, alignment, abundance, and certainty.

But the body cannot receive what it does not feel safe to hold.

“I wish I could start over.”

It breaks my heart how often I hear this, from friends, from DMs, from people who are doing everything “right” and still feel stuck. (Because you can start over, anytime …)

Here’s what I’ve learned: You need to unlearn to Become.

I thought healing meant fixing myself for a long while, but the real work was never about becoming someone else, it was about remembering who I was before the conditioning, the survival patterns, the people-pleasing, and the stories I was told about who I needed to be.

The reason nothing changes is because you’re running on subconscious programming that was written before you conscious mind deeloped.

Until you reprogram that, you’ll keep repeating the same cycles, the same relationships, the same patterns.

I bet on myself when nobody else understood what I was doing.
