September classes are starting back up next week!

🍁 Let's Flow into Fall 🍁 1 hour class All classes will be in Clermont at the Opera House. Participants will need to bring a yoga mat. Blocks, blanket, and a water bottle are really helpful if you have them.

Announcements!
1. Wednesday mornings, 7 am restorative yoga (more of a gentle session) WU Library
2. I can add a 6 am power yoga (strength building) if there is enough interest. Let me know ASAP
3. July is too busy - Cancelled - Monday beginner classes
4. There is still space on Saturdays at 7am
