A lil about me....I love nature and have a deep connection with mother earth and all living things....the animals guide and protect me. The earth hugs me even when I try to resist. I am a solo camper and enjoy new adventures. I love the empowerment I get when i try new things that scare me..... My moto "I am more fearful of not doing it then I am of doing it" .....I find new adventures walking a trail I've been to a million times, watching a movie I've seen before, spending time with the same friends at the same place. The more awake I become the more "New" adventures I have. I find comfort in stillness. I try my hardest to catch myself engaging the those behaviors that "no longer "serve me. Sometimes I catch the thought before it becomes an action and other times I catch it a few days later when I realize I've been feeling "poopy"....I am not perfect I will never portray myself as such, We are all here learning how to navigate this human experience and I would be honored to help you with yours.
