Pre-Teen Book Recommendation! Grief is a normal, natural response to loss. Everyone experiences it in different ways. You can't avoid it. Grief can be hard to understand and difficult to talk about. Consider checking out Dr. Lora-Ellen McKinney's book: All About Grief.

UH Remembrance Walk New Date: Saturday, September 5, 2026

Our 4th Annual Remembrance Walk has been rescheduled to Saturday, 9/5/26. We apologize for having to postpone the original date due to the poor air quality from the Canadian wildfires. We very much looked forward to gathering that weekend with parents, family members, friends, and UH staff to celebrate the memories of our loved ones. In the end, we had to prioritize the health of our participants.

We appreciate your patience and flexibility and look forward to gathering soon.
