🚨 Looking younger isn't always the goal.
One of the biggest mistakes in male cosmetic procedures is treating male aesthetics the same way as female aesthetics.
In many cases, features that make a man look rugged, masculine, and attractive—like some upper eyelid hooding—are the very things that get removed in the pursuit of a more "refreshed" appearance.
The result?
Sometimes the procedure is technically successful... but the person actually becomes less attractive.
For many men, the goal shouldn't be to look prettier.
It should be to look healthier, more confident, and still like yourself.

It looks harmless, but repeated exposure to certain adhesives can increase your risk of developing Allergic Contact Dermatitis.

Once that happens, it’s not just stickers—band-aids, lash glue, press-on nails, even medical adhesives can trigger reactions.

Common culprits: acrylates, colophony, rubber accelerators.
Most people will be completely fine doing this occasionally. But repeated exposure over time is where problems can start.

Your skin has a memory… make sure it’s not learning the wrong lesson.

The answer: severe sunburn causing pitting edema ☀️😬
Yes — a bad enough sunburn can trigger so much inflammation and fluid buildup that pressing on the skin leaves a temporary indentation.
This happened after spending an entire day in the Florida sun without sunscreen. Severe sunburns are not just “temporary redness” — they can cause significant swelling, blistering, dehydration, and long-term skin damage.
Your reminder to wear the sunscreen. Especially at the beach. 🧴

Your skin should NOT do this 😳☀️
This person pressed on their forehead… and the dent stayed there.
What’s the diagnosis?👇

Stretch marks are NORMAL… but that doesn’t mean you can’t treat them 👀

Stretch marks can show up from:
▫️ rapid muscle growth
▫️ puberty/growth spurts
▫️ pregnancy or weight changes
▫️ certain medications
▫️ conditions like Polycystic O***y Syndrome or Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome

The earlier you treat them, the better they tend to respond. Here’s what actually has decent evidence behind it👇

🧴 Best topical ingredients:
• Hyaluronic acid
• Retinol / tretinoin
• Consistent moisturizing

⚡️ Most effective in-office option:
• Laser treatments performed by qualified professionals

Products I like for stretch marks:

✨ Hyaluronic acid body lotions
✨ Retinol body products
✨ Thick barrier-repair moisturizers

Have stretch marks from the gym, pregnancy, or growth spurts? You are very much not alone.

🦂 “Natural Botox” is becoming the new “medical-grade lemon juice” on social media 😭

Ironically, certain components of scorpion venom have actually been studied for effects that may counteract botulinum toxin activity — essentially the opposite mechanism people are advertising online.
Just because something is “natural” doesn’t mean it works like Botox… or that it’s safe to put on your skin. 🦂💉

Tiny hair. Big problem. 😳🧵
A single strand of hair can wrap tightly around a baby’s toe, finger… or even more sensitive areas — cutting off circulation and causing severe pain. This is called a hair tourniquet and most parents have never heard of it until it happens.
If your baby is:• suddenly inconsolable• guarding a hand or foot• has unexplained swelling/redness
…check closely for a strand of hair. Especially after postpartum hair shedding starts. 👶🏼
Most cases are fixable when caught early, but delayed diagnosis can become serious.

Every tretinoin user knows this internal struggle 😭
Do you:
A) wipe off the extra like a rational person
or
B) risk your entire skin barrier
