We ended our July with a wonderful time at St. Andrews Towers, where we provided a free community blood pressure and glucose check event! The event included snacks, the free serves and some raffle items for those that wanted to learn more about how Cityview Healthcare & Rehabilitation can best serve you.

Members of the of our team had the opportunity to participate as a Gold Sponsor at the 7th Annual Social Worker & Case Manager Appreciation Luncheon in Independence.

Representatives from Aristocrat Berea Healthcare & Rehabilitation, Cityview Healthcare & Rehabilitation, and Candlewood Healthcare & Rehabilitation joined healthcare professionals from across the region to connect, network, and show appreciation for the social workers and case managers who advocate for older adults every day.

We are grateful for opportunities like this to build relationships within our healthcare community and celebrate the professionals who make such a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families.

A few more moments from last week’s National Nursing Home Week celebration. Residents and staff wrapped up the week with fresh fruit, food off the grill, and time together on a beautiful day. It was a simple, fun way to close out a great week and enjoy one more afternoon as a community.
